Better than expected

Beautiful tub. The packaging was exceptional. My only complaint is that it came with no installation instructions regarding the electrical hookup, or how to even access it, and good luck contacting the manufacturer if you need help; they do not respond to their contact form. Amazon support was equally useless; the support rep gave me the link to a dump trailer manufacturer, and I had to find the manufacturer on my own.

Looked at many manufacturers and many outlets selling hot tubs and decided to go with the destination hot tub by Strong spas and sure glad I did. I particularly like the multi pump system so there’s a dedicated pump for filtration and heating, and two separate 3 hp pumps for water circulation. I must say the quality the tub is flawless, and the delivery went without a hitch. They delivered it around to a pad. I put on my back porch with no problem. I would advise calling the final destination, trucking company ahead of time to work out the logistics, as I did. I did have one small issue with a jet core coming loose and strong spas replaced it within days. Their customer service is top-notch as is their product. I would highly recommend over any other hot tubs being sold on Amazon.
